Austin Blade Co. is the dedicated knife shop on North Lamar in Austin, Texas, run by people who genuinely care about good steel. Longtime customers still call us Austin Blades, and the Yelp reviews under that name are ours.
From everyday pocket knives and kitchen cutlery to collectible and hard-to-find pieces, we stock blades we'd carry ourselves, from makers like Benchmade, Spyderco, Pro-Tech, Microtech, Kershaw and Case. We also sharpen and restore blades right here in the shop, with sharpening done while you wait.
Our mission is simple: help every customer find the perfect blade for their needs, whether that's a professional chef looking for their first Japanese knife, or a collector hunting for a rare limited edition.
