Austin Blade Co. is a specialty retailer of fine cutlery, collectible knives, kitchen cutlery, and collectible swords and machetes, located in Austin, Texas. The products we sell are crafted and sold as tools, culinary instruments, collectibles, and decorative art. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Austin Blade Co. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the recipient of the order is 18 or older. Certain items may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Blade laws vary by state, county, and city — including restrictions on automatic (OTF/switchblade) knives, balisong (butterfly) knives, swords, machetes, blade length, and carry. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know and comply with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction before ordering. By placing an order you certify that you may lawfully purchase, receive, and possess each item at the delivery address. We do not ship items to jurisdictions where their sale or possession is prohibited; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Our products are sold for lawful purposes only: culinary use, outdoor recreation, collection, display, and craft. Many of the pieces we carry — including our swords and machetes — are collectible and decorative art. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Applicable Texas sales tax is calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email; we may cancel and refund any order prior to shipment (for example, due to stock or pricing errors).
Returns are governed by our returns process — see Returns. Manufacturer warranties apply to most new products; contact us and we'll help facilitate a claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Blade Co. is not liable for misuse of any product, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
