We use your information to process orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to inquiries, and — only if you opt in — send occasional news about products and events. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We share data only with the services that operate our store: our payment processor (which handles your card details — we never store full card numbers ourselves), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting, site analytics and performance measurements), Meta (advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel), Anthropic (responses when you use our AI chat assistant), and our database provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep your cart and session working. Browser storage also helps prevent duplicate purchase analytics when a confirmation page is refreshed. We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising cookie that measures which ads lead to visits and purchases. You can limit it through your browser’s cookie and tracking settings, or through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
We measure page visits, product interactions, completed purchases, inquiry submissions and site performance to improve the store, and we report the same shopping events to Meta so we can measure our advertising. We remove URL query parameters from these measurements and exclude account and staff screens. Product and order references may be included in shopping events; names, email addresses and payment details are not intentionally included.
Messages you enter in our optional AI assistant are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Please avoid sharing payment details or sensitive personal information in chat. For help with a specific order, use our contact form.
We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends one, the advertising pixel does not load at all.
