Camillus
Only one in the case
The knife that started the series. In 1992, Camillus launched its Rimfire Classic collection with the 22LR-1, a trim two-blade pen knife made for shooters and outdoorsmen. It has a bullet-shaped shield inlaid in the handle and the "Rimfire Classic" etch on the blade, so it wears its theme proudly. It was made in Camillus, New York, by one of America's oldest cutlery makers. Camillus closed its New York factory in 2007, so American-made pieces like this one only get harder to find. At 3 1/8" closed, with amber jigged Delrin handles, brass bolsters, and a smooth slip-joint action, it slips easily into a pocket and carries like a gentleman's knife. Pre-owned and in its original Camillus Rimfire Classic box.
