Remington
Only one in the case
A genuine pre-WWII Remington from the company's golden era of cutlery, when Remington made pocket knives in Bridgeport, Connecticut from roughly 1920 to 1940. The R105A is a three-blade pattern from Remington's R100 family, dressed in rich golden-yellow swirl celluloid (Remington called it Pyremite) that catches the light beautifully. It carries a spear master blade and a small blade at one end, with a pen blade opening from the opposite end. Nickel silver bolsters cap both ends. The carbon steel blades show honest age and use with light wear and patina, and the handles show their years with a few small marks. A nice example of an increasingly hard-to-find American classic.
