The D.H. Russell Belt Knife is a timeless Canadian classic, renowned for its practical design and field-proven performance. Measuring 8.5" overall, this iconic knife features an elliptical blade crafted from carbon stainless steel, offering an excellent balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. Originally patented in 1958, the blade is clearly impressed with “RUSSELL BELT KNIFE CANADA,” marking its heritage and long-standing reputation among outdoorsmen. The unique blade shape provides superior slicing ability and control, making it ideal for hunting, camp chores, and general utility work. One of the standout features is the offset rosewood handle, ergonomically designed to fit naturally in the palm while positioning the fingers for enhanced control and reduced fatigue during extended use. This thoughtful design has made the Russell Belt Knife a favorite for generations. The knife is paired with a classic brown leather sheath for secure carry and traditional appeal. A true field knife with decades of proven reliability, equally suited for use or collection.
