The Shun Premier 5.5" Santoku is a compact all-purpose knife for slicing, dicing and mincing. Its flatter edge suits a straight up-and-down chopping motion, and the shorter length is great for smaller hands or smaller cutting boards. The hammered tsuchime finish over Damascus cladding helps release food, and the contoured walnut-color Pakkawood handle is very comfortable.
