Normark
Only one in the case
Before "Swedish steel" became a buzzword, the Normark Big Swede was riding in tackle boxes and hunting packs all over America. Normark imported these sturdy lockbacks from EKA in Eskilstuna, Sweden, a town with centuries of blade-making history. The Big Swede earned its reputation as a no-nonsense workhorse: a broad stainless blade that takes a keen edge, a solid lockback you can trust, and a contoured black handle with brass screws that fills the hand. It's built for cleaning fish, dressing game and everyday chores. This example carries the classic "Big Swede / Stainless / Pat. Pend." blade stamp, the EKA tang stamp, and the red-dotted Normark logo on the handle. A genuine piece of American outdoor history from a model no longer made under the Normark name. Whether you remember one in your dad's tackle box or just appreciate honest Scandinavian craftsmanship, this one is ready to go back to work or onto your shelf. Vintage, pre-owned. No box.
