Schrade
Only one in the case
A true piece of American cutlery history: the Schrade-Walden 225H Folding Hunter, made in Walden, New York during the Schrade-Walden era (1946–1973). The "H" stands for hunter, and this big two-blade slipjoint was built to ride on a belt and work hard in the field. This example carries a clean, crisp SCHRADE-WALDEN N.Y. U.S.A. 225H tang stamp, a long clip point main blade paired with a second working blade, and handsome deep-jigged brown handles with metal bolsters and caps. The blades show honest age and patina consistent with a 50+ year old knife. A great addition for Schrade collectors or anyone who appreciates old-school American pocket knives. - Maker: Schrade-Walden, Walden, N.Y.
